Self Care (Part 2)

Today I want you to ask yourself this one question. " Why not you?" Why not you to do something for work you love? Why not you to have a healthy body? Why not you to have healthy love? Why not you to be, have or do anything you have ever dreamed?! We are so quick to think others are deserving over ourselves. The truth is that we are all deserving so why not you?!

                                                                              -Jillian Michaels

what's up friends. How about the part 1 ? and how was your experience .? Okay now, let's get into the part 2. When you are done with your morning session, you should spend some time at evening too. Initially, spend your time for an hour for these below-mentioned activities and you may also increase your time for doing these things.

1. Hobby

Spend your first 30 minutes on the thing which you would love to do like doing some art or craft works or reading a book or gardening or playing or even cooking. this may vary from one person to another. This is your own choice. If you have one, do it or else try to create it one. If you couldn't able to figure it out, recall your childhood days and get to know it. Plan your evening wisely and allow 30 minutes of time to do this. The reason for doing this first is that you'll be able to feel energetic by doing your favourite thing after a long exhausting day. Improve your skills in it. When you do this,  your creativity will be improved and you won't be diverted by doing your favourite thing. So you can concentrate on yourself solidly for 30 minutes. Eventually, you'll be an expert in that particular field. Sometimes, this leads to start a business of your own.

2. Learn a new skill or language

Learning a new skill or language helps you to improve your mind, interest and concentration levels. Try to engage your time for 30 minutes. It'll enhance your enthusiasm and dedication level to a next level. Not only in this, but also in other activities which you're doing on your daily basis. When you feel excited while doing these things,  try to increase the duration of both activities to an hour or so.

Try not to take any of your electronic gadgets while you're going to bed. Meditate for 10 minutes so you'll be able to feel relaxed and sleep in calm. Even studies show that it can cure insomnia. There are more things can be done alone to feel our inner soul and to connect to our inner world. Follow these few steps and include your own pieces of stuff to practice self-care... Wish you all the best. You can suggest me regarding posts and I would like to hear from you. See you...
