1. 15 persons can repair a road in 5 days, working 3 hours a day. In how many days will 5 persons, working 15 hours a day, complete the work?

2. 6 pumps, working 12 hours a day, can empty a tank in 2 days. How many hours a day must 8 pumps work to empty the tank in 1 day?
