How to work on your goals constantly on the daily basis ?

Hey guys... What's up? Today I'll be sharing my own experience to work on your goals constantly with happiness, satisfactory and without any distraction, frustration, tiredness, laziness etc...

When we're working on our goal, we'll be excited for the first few days and we eventually give up on our goals. The reason for this may vary from person to person. That may be a distraction, laziness, tiredness and attracted to other things like social media, sleeping and the things you would like to do which is unnecessary. So how to overcome them? There are few things which I've learnt from others and from my own experience. Let's get into it.

      1. When you're frustrated by others, ask yourself "What's the purpose of this mission?" The answer to this question helps you to gear up your game.
      2. Visualize that you've already reached your goal. While doing this play your favourite BGM in your mind and receive the confidence from this to boost yourself.
      3. To make your loved ones happy and yourself proud, you just need to work on it.

Now, I'm going to share my experience (This step is for the people like me). Laziness is our biggest enemy. From my experience, I've learnt that I couldn't able to work on the things by planning ahead on the daily basis. That doesn't work for me. But I would like to work by planning ahead. So I decided to list the things which I needed to be accomplished the next day. Eg: Reading two chapters in a book, learning a new thing by experimenting (may be a language or anything). If you're a student, you should include your learning process and if you're an employee then you need to add your working process in that list. My opinion is that you shouldn't exclude your professional work from this list because everything is important. You should achieve in both (professional life as well as the personal goals). If you succeed in your personal goals and failed in your school exams, there is a lack again, so balance them.

Note: The list should contain only 3 or 4 things (which include your professional work) and not more than that.

Okay, after listing out the things which are to be done, go to bed and try to wake up early. If you couldn't do that stop worrying about that by thinking I 've wasted an hour, If I 've woked up early I might have done that. A big Nooooo to these kinda thoughts. Instead of worrying, utter some positive affirmations like my day will be full of peace, happiness, success and I'll try my best to accomplish the listed things and have a look at your list. Based on your mood, pick one from it. You may have a feel to read a book. So just grab your book and start reading. After reading for some time (30 minutes or an hour - based on your convenient) you may feel, I've read only a few pages and haven't completed a chapter which you've planned for. Again a big Nooooo for these kinda thoughts. Now move to the next thing which you've on your list. This may be related to your professional or school work because, after this, you'll head up to your institution or workplace. So, it's easy for you to start your day there. If you're in a need to travel for an hour or so to head up there, you may also use this time for it. Then work on your professional life without any distraction. Just don't think of anything and concentrate only on your work. After coming home in the evening, take that list again and choose the last thing which is left. That will be related to your personal goals (improving yourself in your desired areas). Work on it. Then go back to bed in full satisfaction without thinking about the drawbacks. Think in this way, "You gave your best today and you'll accomplish more things tomorrow." This attitude attracts you to work on it continuously without frustration and helps you to improve the quality of working. You'll notice an improvement in all the things which you're doing like you'll see the number of pages increasing day by day etc. This is because you're not doing the things in compulsion instead you're doing the things which you would love to do.

The worried thoughts only waste your time and energy that can be used for doing things which you've on your list and those thoughts only pull you back from doing things by stressing you out. So Stop Worrying And Start Doing. Continue to do these things daily. Here you're working on the planned things without the actual planning. Sometimes you may feel, by doing these things how can I reach my goal? But remember, "Slow and Steady wins the race" and "Little drops of water make the mighty ocean." Don't try to look at the end of the road too quickly when you're just at the beginning of the road. I used to say this in all kinds of stuff. Just pay attention to the 24 hours which is just in front of you.

By following these steps, you won't be depressed and irritated to accomplish the things instead you'll start loving to accomplish them. Enjoy the process. Have fun on your way to reach your goals. Treat yourself for accomplishing the things. Include your hobbies in this middle (like solving the math or riddles or even listening to your favourite track but only for 10 minutes, don't be diverted from your process by doing these things for a long time) to refresh your mind. Share your thoughts and experiences which will be useful to me to get to know you more. See you soon.
